When I checked into the hotel, I thought it was alright considering the price. The rooms were decent, but it was a bit off-putting that they were fully booked and some pets were causing a disturbance with smoking odors in what was supposed to be a smoke-free environment.

Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was decent for the price, but after a quick departure, I discovered dust and dirt on the floor, and sadly, encountered a roach infestation. Despite these shortcomings, the service provided by the property manager was exceptional, although being woken up at 3 am for check-in was a bit unsettling. The location of the hotel was convenient, near KSU and Town Center Mall, but the presence of cockroaches and the persistent smell of smoking in the building were significant drawbacks. I did appreciate the proximity to the Stone Summit Rock Gym and the fact that it was a well-run business establishment.
